Q: I have blister packs/compliance packs at my pharmacy - can you do that?
A: Yes we can, in fact we have more options than most pharmacies! Busy schedule? Ask about our convenient FlexRx packs which allows you to take your medications on the go. Easier to manage and no extra fees!
Q: How do I refill my prescription?
A: Multiple options: drop by the store, call us, use our Online Order form on our website or try our Diem Premium Care App!
Q: Why should I transfer my prescriptions to your pharmacy?
A: Unlike big box stores you're not just a number to us. As a small, 100% locally owned pharmacy, we bring value and a personal touch to your care. Our focus is on you and your understanding of your health care!
Q: Do I have to contact my doctor or my current pharmacy to transfer my prescriptions?
A: No. We do it all for you! All we need is your name, date of birth and the name of your current pharmacy. Your drug plan information, allergies and healthcare information will be provided to directly to us.

Q: Are you able to order the medications I'm currently taking?
A: You bet! We are a full service pharmacy. We use the biggest wholesaler in North America. If your medication is available, we can get it the next business day.
Q: I have a private health plan through my work. Can you bill them directly?
A: Yes. We can bill online to all insurance providers. Whatever you pay - or don't pay - at your current pharmacy will be the same at our store. Covered by Ontario Drug Benefit (ODB)? We waive your $2.00 co-pay.
